A book from 1896 about Danish settlers

In 1896 John H. Bille wrote a little book published in Transactions of the Wisconsin Academy of Sciences, Arts, and Letters, Vol. XI. It had the title A History of the Danes in America. Even today, this is a fine source of information about the early Danish settlements in the US.
