Once you have received your travel certificate, a deposit of 20 % of the total price has to be paid within 8 days. By paying the deposit, you agree to be in possession of the travel certificate and agree to its terms for the tour.
The full and final payment must be received latest 30 (thirty) days prior to tour start. If you book a trip beginning within 30 days after booking, full payment is required 8 days at the latest after receiving your travel certificate.
Payment can be made by bank transfer.
Change in relation to the order
It is possible to make changes in relation to the travel certificate up to 14 days prior to tour start. Change of participants, number of participants, number of travel days, travel date, or destination, will cost USD 50 per person. Other types of changes are considered as a cancellation and new booking.
In case of flight delay and thus changes in the travel program, I will do my best to assist. However, all extra costs will in such cases lie with the traveler. There will be no reduction in price in the event of flight delays or other force majeure.
From the time of booking until 61 days before tour start, the deposit is lost. From 60 days to 46 days prior to tour start 50 % of the full price is lost. Within 45 days prior to tour start the full price is lost.
